Carabeo #68a is a brand new 3 bedroom/3 bathroom penthouse apartment in simply the best location in Nerja, the prestigious Calle Carabeo. This has breathtaking sea views from it's elevated location and there are 360 degree views from the Mediterranean to the south round to the Sierra Almijara mountains to the North, from the Moorish style roof terrace. There is digital satelite TV installed. You enter from the street and go up to the first floor where there is a small hallway. This leads into a salon where there is a comfortable sofa and easy chair, other small furnishings. There are 'French Windows' leading on to a wonderful sun terrace from here.

Next to this salon is the dining room and equipped kitchen. The dining room has a dining table and chairs. This has a door to the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. This bedroom has a balcony and wonderful views over the ocean.

Returning to the hall leads to the two other bedrooms all on this same level. They are both at the front of the house overlooking the street and both have ensuite facilities. Still in the hallway, you climb the marble spiral stairway up to a large salon upstairs where there are sofa and chairs for relaxing and looking out at the view or watching TV at this upper level.
