A warm welcome to La Plumardie Basse, this charming old stone small farm has been build around the year 1880. We offers amazing vieuws on the Dordogne hills.
We offers 2 luxe Gites: one for 4 pers. and the other for 6 pers. with a private swimming pool 9mx4,2m.
The owners are Belgian and speak: Englisch, French and Dutch.
Note: we own a dog (Labrador) very faithfull and nice, for this raison we can't accept other animals.
Our location could be a problem for people with motion handicap due of the many differences in hights.(stears etc.)

Gite 2: 4 pers. has 2 bedrooms on the first floor each equipped with bath and toilet, the beds are large 1,60mx2m and can be placed separately into 2 singles from 0,80mx2, they are also electro/mechanical for severall possible settings.
On the floor level you'll find a complete equipped kitchen, a breakfast high table, a dining location and a sitting place equipped with Lcd Tv,dvd and Tnt sat. (+200 channals)
In a small separated location you'll find a washing machine and dryer.
This gite has 2 terraces one with Bbq and the other is located on the inner court of the property.
This gite has acces to our second commun swimming pool 10,5x5m.
Gite 1: for 6pers. has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, complete equipped kitchen, dining area, and mezzanine with sitting room and openfire, Tv Plasma (109cm) with Dvd and Tnt sat. (+200 channals)
In a small area you'll find also a washing machine and dryer.
This gite has 2 terraces: one with Patio, Bbq and private swimming pool 9mx4,20m, the other terrace is located on the inner court of the property.
